getting a defender back on the road

This is my first post on here so hello

I am in the process of getting a defender up to scratch its sat for a few years after my bro brought it off a guy who i belive used it on your aldermaston site. Anyone from aldermaston probably knows this landy as i know a few people have made offers to buy it while its been sat under tarp.

I am fairly new to offroading i do currently have a discovery 2 td5 that has at's but i dont know an awfull lot about pay and play stuff. The defender is a 3.5l v8 auto with full roll cage and snorkel its very heavily modified and i was wandering if i was to bring it up to one of your events if i could get a few pointers as to what i have on it lol feel free to take the mickey for me having all the gear no idea.

we have an event this sunday 12th aug if you would like to pop down or just pop up to anyof the others, I am sure some of the guys will help you.
we all have to start somewhere! just make yourself known in the office.

It should be mot'd by then end of september so i will deffo get it to the aldermaston ones once that's sorted cos its only 30seconds away lol
